A little goes a long way! One Color Flight should be plenty to decorate one piece, but you may purchase additional colors if you choose. Just select 1oz or 2oz containers.
Each order will automatically include a splash of Black for adding your name/initials to the bottom of your pottery, or for details like eyes on animals and figurines.
Note that shades may be slightly different than your computer screen, and the photos represent the color after firing. They will look lighter in the cup and will turn dull and chalky as they dry. They will brighten during firing! We will also apply a clear glaze to your pottery, so even the unpainted areas will be shiny.
IMPORTANT: Use only the colors provided by The Mud Room! These are underglaze colors that are compatible with our clear glaze and meant to be fired in our kilns to over 1800 degrees. Our kiln reaches temperatures in excess of 1800 degrees. We will be unable to fire any pottery painted with acrylic, glitter, sharpie, or other paints or decorative craft products not provided by our studio.
